At BOOMBA, we want you to feel confident and comfortable in your own skin, which is why we offer a seamless 30-day return and exchange policy for all unworn and original-packaged items. Please note that for hygiene reasons, adhesive products must remain sealed to be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original BOOMBA packaging, ensuring all protective films and hygiene seals are intact.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off your package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
